1. Acceptance
By placing an order on StackGift you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.
2. Service description
StackGift is a marketplace that resells gift cards from third-party issuers, payable in cryptocurrency. We are not the issuer of the cards; we redistribute codes obtained from authorized suppliers.
3. Payment
Payments are processed in cryptocurrency via OxaPay. The crypto amount is locked for 15 minutes after the invoice is created. Once a transaction is broadcast and confirmed on the blockchain, it is irreversible — please verify the address and amount carefully.
4. Delivery
Virtual cards are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, typically within 60 seconds of on-chain confirmation. Physical cards are shipped within 3 to 7 business days. Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon dispatch.
5. Refunds
As permitted by EU consumer law (article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code or equivalent), digital gift card codes are not refundable once revealed. Unredeemed physical cards can be returned within 14 days, postage at the buyer's expense.
6. Issuer terms
Each gift card remains subject to the issuing brand's own terms (validity, geographic restrictions, redemption rules). StackGift cannot extend or modify those terms.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackGift is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequences arising from misuse of a gift card code. Our maximum liability per order is capped at the order amount.
8. Anti-fraud and compliance
Suspected fraudulent transactions may be cancelled, frozen, and reported to authorities. Above regulatory thresholds (typically €1,000 per transaction), we may request identity verification.
9. Modifications
We may amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in a banner on the site. Continued use after publication of new terms constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of StackGift Ltd. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
