What is the minimum volume for the business offer?
From 10 cards per order, you get B2B pricing. For recurring volumes (≥ 50 cards/month), a dedicated account with dashboard is opened.
Do we receive a EUR invoice with VAT?
Yes. You pay in crypto, but the invoice is issued in EUR by StackGift Ltd, with VAT where applicable. Compliant with European accounting requirements.
Are employee gift cards tax-deductible?
In France, gift cards and vouchers given to employees are exempt from social charges within 5% of the monthly social security cap per employee per event (Christmas, marriage, birth...). Consult your accountant for the exact scope.
Can the shipped cards be customized?
Yes. Your logo on the presentation card, personalized message, scheduled delivery (Christmas, work anniversary). Available from 25 cards per order.
Is there an API for HR integration?
Yes. A REST API allows you to create orders programmatically (loyalty programs, performance bonuses, etc.). Documentation and API keys provided when the B2B account is opened.
Which crypto payment is recommended in B2B?
USDT or USDC, without hesitation. Dollar parity avoids any accounting volatility, network fees are negligible. We invoice in EUR at the day's rate, no surprises.
Can we request an audit or proof of transaction?
Yes, on request: blockchain transcripts of payments (transaction hashes), batch invoice copies, card shipment logs. Useful for internal audits or tax inspections.
