Virtual is our fastest format: a code by email in under a minute. Here are the details.
How is a virtual card delivered?
By email, to the address you provided at checkout. The email contains the gift card code, usage instructions, and a direct link to the brand's official activation page.
How long until I receive the code?
Under 60 seconds in 95% of cases (stablecoin or Lightning payment). For on-chain Bitcoin, allow up to 30 minutes for the first blockchain confirmation.
I haven't received the email — what now?
Check your spam folder. If the code does not arrive within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, email [email protected] with your order ID. We resend within 30 business minutes.
Can the code be used multiple times?
No. Each code is unique and single-use. Once redeemed on the brand site, it is consumed.
Can I give the code to someone else?
Yes. As long as the code has not been activated, it can be transferred freely (email, message, screenshot). Perfect for gifting at distance.
How do I use the code on the brand's website?
Sign in to your account on the brand's official site (Amazon, Steam, Netflix...), navigate to 'Gift Card' or 'Balance', enter the code. The amount is credited immediately.
Does the virtual card have an expiry date?
The code remains valid per the issuer's terms. In Europe, most cards are valid for 24 months after activation. Some last up to 10 years.
