FAQ — Virtual gift cards
Virtual cards arrive as a code by email once your payment is confirmed. Here are the details.
How is a virtual card delivered?
By email, to the address you provided at checkout. The email contains the gift card code, usage instructions, and a direct link to the brand's official activation page.
How long until I receive the code?
The code is emailed once your payment is confirmed on-chain and matched to your order. Confirmation takes about a minute on Tron or Solana, around 20 minutes on Monero and 10–30 minutes on Bitcoin.
I haven't received the email — what now?
Check your spam folder first. If the code hasn't arrived, email [email protected] with your order ID and transaction ID and we'll resend it.
Can the code be used multiple times?
No. Each code is unique and single-use. Once redeemed on the brand site, it is consumed.
Can I give the code to someone else?
Yes. As long as the code has not been activated, it can be transferred freely (email, message, screenshot). Perfect for gifting at distance.
How do I use the code on the brand's website?
Sign in to your account on the brand's official site (Amazon, Steam, Netflix...), navigate to 'Gift Card' or 'Balance', enter the code. The amount is credited immediately.
Does the virtual card have an expiry date?
The code remains valid per the issuer's terms. In Europe, most cards are valid for 24 months after activation. Some last up to 10 years.
