FAQ — Physical gift cards
How physical cards work: shipping, customs, lead times, packaging, loss handling.
How long does physical card shipping take?
Within mainland France: 3 to 5 business days via tracked Colissimo. Rest of the EU: 5 to 7 days. International (US, Asia, Africa): 7 to 14 days via DHL Express. A tracking number is emailed to you.
Are there customs fees for non-EU deliveries?
Gift cards are declared as 'low-value prepaid cards' and are typically exempt from duties. If a local tax applies (import VAT), it is at your expense.
What happens if I lose my physical card?
Before activation: we ship a replacement free within 24h of your report. After activation: the code is tied to the card; we coordinate with the issuer but a refund depends on their terms. Keep the card in a safe place.
Is the code visible on the shipped card?
No. The code is hidden under a scratch panel and is only revealed when the protective film is destroyed. If you receive a card with a damaged scratch panel, refuse the delivery and contact us.
How is the card packaged?
In a discreet padded envelope, with no mention of the brand or contents. A neutral gift card is included — ideal for gifting.
Can I ship to an address different from mine?
Yes. At checkout, you can freely enter the delivery address. You can also add a personalized greeting card (Phase 2 feature).
Are physical cards available worldwide?
For now: Europe, North America, Japan, Singapore, Australia, UAE. We progressively expand coverage. Check the up-to-date list on each brand's page.
