How do I order a physical card?
Physical cards are listed for selected brands. Checkout doesn't collect a postal address yet, so email [email protected] before ordering: we confirm availability, shipping method, time and any cost for your country before you pay.
Are there customs fees for non-EU deliveries?
Possibly. If an import tax applies in your country, it is at your expense — ask support for your country before ordering.
Is the code visible on the card?
Physical gift cards normally hide the code under a scratch panel. If a card arrives with a damaged panel, don't use it and contact [email protected].
Is a virtual card faster?
Yes. A virtual card's code is emailed once your payment is confirmed and matched to your order, with no shipping involved.
